Following a comprehensive programme of refurbishment at Quayside Road Industrial Estate, there is now just a single 3,100sq ft unit available.

Acquired 18 months ago by a private investor, the 35,000 sq ft site has undergone a significant refurbishment of all units.  After reviewing the available space, the new owner has provided flexible space allowing occupiers to be able to take single or combined units dependent on their individual requirements. Each unit has benefited from an upgraded power supply, new loading doors, recladding and roofing with all parking areas being tarmacked.

During this time, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has marketed the site and with the final works close to completion, 90% of the space is now occupied by new or existing tenants who have relocated into larger units.

Director Tom Holloway comments:

“With the current lack of available industrial space across the South Coast, the demand for well-located units has been consistently high for much of the year. Having been involved with this building both on the sale process and as market agents, we have seen a great deal of interest from plenty of occupiers and the last unit is close be under offer.”
