About Us

We are more than just commercial property agents

About Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell

Founded in 1991, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell is an independent and expanding firm of chartered surveyors and commercial property estate agents.

Every member of the team has considerable knowledge of the commercial property and industrial landscape on the South Coast, focusing on the M27 corridor and surrounding areas.

It is this awareness that enables us to offer our clients the very best property agency and professional services.

We have dedicated departments to take care of all your commercial property needs, including our professional department, which undertakes valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals. Meanwhile, our management department oversees assets, portfolios and facilities management on behalf of our clients.

Our general commercial property agency department handles the day-to-day negotiations, both letting and acquiring property, across retail, industrial and office spaces.

Trusted Expertise Since 1991

Holloway Iliffe was established in 1991 by Derek Holloway and Neil Iliffe, expanding in 1998 through a merger with Stuart Mitchell of Mitchell Jones to become Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell. Tom Holloway joined the firm in 1999 as a graduate, and Hamish joined later in 2018, adding further expertise to the team. Following Neil’s passing in 2010 and Derek’s retirement in 2011, Stuart and Tom became directors, leading the company forward. In 2022, Hamish and Tom took on ownership, with Stuart continuing as a consultant, providing invaluable insights and support to ensure the ongoing success of Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell.
