We work closely with landowners and property developers to advise on both viability and feasibility of proposed developments. With experience of working alongside local authorities, corporate occupiers and private landowners, we can advise on the full range of development options, often dealing with the complexities of multiple-party interests and site constraints.
The availability of new developments has reduced over recent years, particularly in the industrial and office markets. Without new accommodation becoming available, secondhand property has also become difficult to obtain, causing stagnation in the occupier market. We advise clients on development opportunities and over the past 12 months have been involved in the acquisition and disposal of over 50 acres of development land including redundant factory buildings, much of which has been converted into a range of buildings for industrial, storage, office and leisure uses.
While the availability of development sites across the south remains limited, we continue to to look to identify sites for developer clients, both greenfield and brownfield, which in some instances are suitable for the residential sector.
We are pleased to offer initial advice with no obligation to land owners with regards to the development potential of a site. For further information with this regard, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone on 023 9237 7800.
