Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has been instructed to market a number of potential development sites across the South Coast. Four recent appointments include:
• 32 St. Mary’s Road, Hayling Island – in excess of 2,500 sq ft which currently has change of planning use to be developed as residential
• 86 Lake Road, Portsmouth – almost 6,000 sq ft Club premises close to the city centre which could continue as a club premises or be redeveloped, subject to planning
• 81C London Road, Waterlooville – in excess of 19,000 sq ft currently with planning permission for 30 one and two bed apartments with a ground floor retail unit
• Petersfield Road, Bordon – just over 3,600 sq ft with planning permission for six one and two bed apartments
Commenting these opportunities Director Tom Holloway said:
