Wenham Manor Barn sold to Pegasus Builders

  Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has sold Wenham Manor Barn to specialist builders, Pegasus Builders. Located just to the east of Petersfield, Wenham Manor Barn is a unique Grade II listed timber framed building forming part of a group of former farm buildings, which have been expertly converted, providing high quality, modern office space. The walls have a brick and stone plinth finish, above which is timber cladding with high performance insulation. There is also planning permission for a new additional mezzanine floor and separate pavilion building.   Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell Director Stuart Mitchell commented: “Pegasus Builders is a well-known and respected local firm which has always been based in Petersfield.
