Following significant refurbishment 18 months ago, Oriel House is now back to full capacity with letting of the second floor to direct marketing agency, 4 Marketing.

Agents Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell secured the whole building for graphic design and illustrator I Love Dust, in 2017. Co-founder Mark Graham and his team set about transforming the space to work for them, including creating their own inhouse coffee bar, Hideout.

Once the building was complete, even with its new exterior art wall, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell was instructed to market the remaining space not taken by I Love Dust. Marketing agency 4 Marketing has now taken the remaining 2,800 sq ft as its new home. The two diverse creative businesses have ensured that Oriel House is now back to long term full occupation.

I Love Dust Creative Director Mark Graham comments:

We were very happy with the service that tom and his team provided us with in finding our perfect location.

Commenting on transactions, Director Tom Holloway said:

With very little available commercial space in the City Centre, it is great that Oriel House is back in use as office space. Increasingly we are seeing secondary offices turned into residential apartments through permitted development rights, but I Love Dust’s investment to bring the building back into use is good news for Portsmouth.
