Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has completed the sale of 2 Viceroy Court, Petersfield to Caltest Instruments Ltd, a provider of power sources and test instrumentation solutions. The business, established in 1992, is currently based in Guildford, but will relocate its head office, service centre and calibration laboratory to Petersfield in early May.
Viceroy Court is of portal frame construction with insulated corrugated steel clad elevations under a similarly formed roof. Located on Bedford Road, Petersfield’s principal Business Park, just to the south of the town, and convenient for both the A3 and A272. Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell also manages the Viceroy Court estate
