The flexibility that Furzehall Farm gives tenants in terms of lease tenure and the ability for them to adapt the space to suite their needs, has been a real positive in securing ThirtyC for 19 & 20. Located close to the M27 gives the team easy access to the multiple projects they are working on at any one time.

ThirtyC design director Alastair Fletcher said:

As this was our first step of expansion into a commercial office, we were very glad of the assistance provided by Tom. The procedures, terms and liaison of documentation were clearly explained, and our case was well handled with an agreeable outcome for all parties. We completed on time and are now enjoying our new premises. All plain sailing, thanks to the help from Tom at Holloway Iliffe and Mitchell.
