A private investor has acquired the mid terrace two storey ”hi-tech” unit, 3 Viceroy Court for sum believed to be close to the £325,000 asking price.

Viceroy Court is of portal frame construction with insulated corrugated steel clad elevations under a similarly formed roof. Located on Bedford Road, Petersfield’s principal Business Park which is just to the south of the town, and convenient for both the A3 and A272.

Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell manages the Viceroy Court estate and has now been appointed to manage and let the vacant space which is made up of 5,130 sq ft. The ground floor provides an open plan workshop and light assembly space with both pedestrian and roller shutter loading entrances, while the first floor has open plan offices. The unit also benefits from 15 parking spaces.

Director Stuart Mitchell comments: “Viceroy Court’s mixed office/warehouse format is popular with businesses looking for well-located premises with good on site parking for staff. Bedford Road has seen a number of lettings recently as larger city centre space supply continues to reduce.”
