Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has been appointed as sole agent to market 33 High Street in Petersfield. Currently the home of the Petersfield Post, which is now mostly based from Clanfield, the space is soon to be vacated and will be refurbished, offering close to 900 sq ft of self-contained space.
Currently occupied by the editorial team, 33 High Street has permission for both A1 and A2 use, making it an ideal space for retail or offices.
Commenting on the appointment to market the space, Stuart Mitchell said:
