Acting on the instruction of local investors Breach Properties LLP, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell have completed an industrial letting at Unit 2 Park Street, Gosport to Nurture Them Naturally Limited. The site is situated adjacent to Forton Road, on the edge of Gosport Town Centre, in a small industrial estate, which links to Moreland Road and Toronto Road.

The semi-detached Industrial unit, consisting of a large ground floor work shop, with large first floor storage benefits from the use of a shared yard and from being refurbished throughout. It was let on a new 5-year lease close to the quoted stepped rental amounts and was let in just over 2 months from being instructed.
