Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has been appointed to market a double retail premises and two bed apartment on Parchment Street in the centre of Winchester. The two adjacent properties, 80/81 which together total c. 1,600 sq ft, are located in the pedestrianised section of Parchment Street, close to the main High Street and currently occupied by one of the UK’s iconic jewellers, Justice.
