Following client management reviews, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has been appointed to manage two Hampshire Business parks in Petersfield and Portsmouth.
Petersfield business park, Viceroy Court, saw a complete change of ownership during the years as previous owners, Mutual Associates pension fund, sold its entire holding instructing Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell to manage the transaction process. The four units were acquired individually with two being bought by individual owner/occupiers, one as an investment and final unit was acquired by a SIPP.
Following the sale completions, the new owners appointed Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell as the new managing agent for the site.
The second appointment is for the management of the 50,000 sq ft Acorn Business Park, North Harbour, Portsmouth. The business park has seen an increase in tenant numbers and is now 95% occupied.
Commenting on the appointments, Stuart Mitchell said: “We are pleased to be appointed to manage both business parks. We have been involved with both the landlords and occupiers at these sites for several years and understand their long-term requirements.”
