Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has been appointed as sole agent to market 11 Bugle Street. No 11 is a Grade II* Listed building that was previously a convent and chapel structured around a Georgian house, Victorian chapel and a modern single storey extension.

The property extends to 5,300 sq ft and has been fully refurbished, providing outstanding open plan areas and some individual smaller offices. The space is very versatile and could suit many businesses from the creative industries to professional services.

Internally the building is full of original features including exposed brick work, panelled walls, original fire places and exposed beams. To the rear there is a secure car park for over 25 cars.

In addition to the offices, there is also a basement kitchen area and vaulted store, WCs, security alarm system and the gas fired central heating system.

Commenting on the appointment to market the space, Tom Holloway said:
“Bugle Street is a rare building to find so close to the centre of Southampton. It has been substantially refurbished and offers potential occupiers flexible space options over several floors.

“Being located very close to the coast, there are also great views across both Mayflower Park and the Solent.”
