Following on from the success of Casa Brasil’s Rodizio themed restaurants in Brighton, Southampton and Bournemouth, David Hall’s latest venue – Cabot Circus, Bristol – opened to a full house this week. Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has acted on behalf of Casa Brasil for the last three years, sourcing prime locations on new substantial leisure and retail schemes.
In the last 18 months Casa Brasil opened new restaurants on Brighton Marina and West Quay, Southampton, with Cabot Circus completing the hat trick. The focus is now on 2018/19 with potential sites for further new restaurants earmarked for consideration.
Future plans are as much about location – major leisure destinations with at least seven other restaurants, a cinema and free parking – as it is the Brazilian Rodizio experience where diners can see their choice of meat being cooked almost in front of them and then served direct to their table. Children too benefit with those under four eating free and those to 11 eating for half price.
