Daedalus Park is a development of 65 units totalling 135,000 sq ft of new freehold light industrial space within The Solent LEP at Lee-on-the-Solent. With excellent access to road, air and rail links, Daedalus is a popular location for SME businesses – it’s even possible to launch a boat.

The current phase has reached practical completion offering a wealth of choice for businesses seeking to relocate or to grow. Backed by Enterprise Zone status, Daedalus is the largest employment site in the area and set to become the premier location for aviation, aerospace engineering and advanced manufacturing businesses in the south.

All units have B1, B2 or B8 planning use and are constructed on steel portal frames with internal eaves height of 6 meters. Other features include double glazed feature windows and personnel doors, allocated loading space and parking. There is current availability in both the Hermes and Invincible building ranging from 1,033 to 2,185 sq ft. These units are part of Phase II at Daedalus which have just reached practical completion, including kitchens, WC facilities and the option for incoming tenants to add a mezzanine office to each unit creating their own specification.

Commenting on the development, Director Tom Holloway says:
“As a brand new development Daedalus is fast becoming a popular destination for businesses looking for well located space, the fit out of which they have been able to participate in, particularly when it comes to added mezzanine office space which a number have opted to do.

“Phase I has been almost fully occupied since it’s completing in 2017 and Phase II is following the same pattern which just a few units left available.”

H9 1,033 sq ft
H10 1,033 sq ft
IN4 2,185 sq ft
IN7 1,076 sq ft
IN8 1,324 sq ft
