Consultant engineers Contractors Design Partner (‘CDP’) has taken a new ten year lease at Chevron Business Park, Holbury on the edge of the New Forest. Following a comprehensive refurbishment of 1,800 sq ft, CDP has now relocated from its base in Hythe.
Over recent months south coast agent Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has been appointed on several properties to the western edge of its usual geographic coverage including 6 Chevron Business Park and more recently Elliot’s Courtyard in Lyndhurst. These have increased the constultancy’s reach quite substantially this year.
Commenting on the move, CDP Director Colin Griffiths said:
“Our business across the south has expanded over the last couple of years and relocating to Chevron Business Park will give us the opportunity to continue company’s growth. This in turn should generate new employment prospects in our specialist contractors services.”
